Am 31. Oktober 2015 brennt in Rumäniens Hauptstadt Bukarest der Club „Colectiv“. Ursache des Brandes war die Korruption die missachtete Brandvorschriften zur Folge hatte. Darauf folgen die größten Proteste im Land seit der Revolution im Jahr 1989. Es gründet sich eine jugendliche Protestbewegung, die gegen die Korruption im Land richtet. Die politische Elite hat sich seit der Zeit unter Diktator Ceaușescu nicht geändert. Die junge Generation fordert einen Wandel.
